This Privacy Policy applies primarily to the BES Video Combiner Android application. It also covers this privacy policy page on our website. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that we do not control (such as Google Play), though we explain how those services may relate to the app below.

We believe privacy should be simple. At present, BES Video Combiner is designed to work without collecting your personal data. By using BES Video Combiner, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Information We Collect

At this time, we do not collect personal information through BES Video Combiner itself. We do not run in-app analytics, advertising trackers, or account systems. The categories below describe what the app does not collect, and the limited exceptions that may apply.

BES Video Combiner does not require you to create an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, postal address, or phone number inside the app.

The only personal information we may receive is if you voluntarily contact us, for example:

2.2 Usage & Technical Data

We do not currently collect usage or technical data from the app. BES Video Combiner does not include analytics SDKs, crash-reporting tools, advertising SDKs, or similar tracking. We do not use any third-party SDKs in the app that collect data.

The app itself performs zero tracking — it does not monitor your behaviour, log your activity, or send device information to us or to third parties.

If we add optional diagnostics or analytics in a future update to improve stability, we will update this policy before or when that change takes effect and describe exactly what is collected.

2.3 Video Files & Content

BES Video Combiner processes your videos entirely on your device. When you combine clips or replace audio, your files are accessed locally on your phone or tablet.

• We do not upload your videos to our servers.
• Video files exist only in the app’s working memory or local cache while processing is in progress.
• Temporary working copies are cleared when processing finishes.
• Your exported video is saved wherever you choose on your device (for example, your gallery or files folder).

You are responsible for the content of the videos you process. Please only use files you have the right to edit and share.

2.4 Website Visits (This Policy Page Only)

The BES Video Combiner app has no cookies, no tracking, and no data collection. This subsection applies only if you visit this Privacy Policy page on our website — not to normal use of the app.

Our hosting provider (Netlify) may process standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site securely. We do not currently use marketing cookies or third-party analytics on this website. See Section 10 for more detail.

3. How We Collect Information

Because we do not collect data through the app, our collection is minimal:

• Directly from you — only if you contact us by email or through the contact form on our website.
• Automatically through the app — we do not currently collect automatic data from BES Video Combiner.
• Through third-party platforms — if you download the app from Google Play or another store, that platform may collect information under its own privacy policy. We do not control those practices.

Because we do not collect personal data through the app, there is nothing to use for marketing, profiling, or advertising.

• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy or equivalent protections.

6. Data Storage & Security

6.1 Video files

Your source videos and exported results remain on your device under your control. We do not store your video files on our servers.

6.2 Support correspondence

If you email us, we retain your message only for as long as needed to respond and maintain reasonable business records, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

6.3 Security measures

We use reasonable measures to protect any information we do handle (such as support emails). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:
